Velve Refund Policy (Pakistan)
1. Eligibility for Refunds
- Unopened Products: Full refund within 7 days of delivery.
- Defective/Damaged Items: Refund or replacement (report within 48 hours with photos/video).
- Wrong Item Shipped: Free return & replacement.
2. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened/unsealed products (hygiene reasons).
- Custom-made/personalized items.
3. Refund Process
- Email Us: Contact velveofficial.store@gmail.com with:
- Order number
- Proof of issue (for damaged items)
- Return Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours.
- Return Shipment:
- Prepaid label: Provided for our errors (e.g., wrong item).
- Customer-paid return: For change-of-mind returns (PKR 150–300 via courier).
- Refund Issued: Within 3–5 business days after receiving the return.
4. Refund Methods
- Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method.
- COD Orders: Bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa.
5. Exchanges
- Size/color exchanges allowed if stock available (no extra fee).
