Velve Refund Policy (Pakistan)

1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Unopened Products: Full refund within 7 days of delivery.
  • Defective/Damaged Items: Refund or replacement (report within 48 hours with photos/video).
  • Wrong Item Shipped: Free return & replacement.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened/unsealed products (hygiene reasons).
  • Custom-made/personalized items.

3. Refund Process

  1. Email Us: Contact velveofficial.store@gmail.com with:
    • Order number
    • Proof of issue (for damaged items)
  2. Return Approval: We’ll respond within 24 hours.
  3. Return Shipment:
    • Prepaid label: Provided for our errors (e.g., wrong item).
    • Customer-paid return: For change-of-mind returns (PKR 150–300 via courier).
  4. Refund Issued: Within 3–5 business days after receiving the return.

4. Refund Methods

  • Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method.
  • COD Orders: Bank transfer/JazzCash/EasyPaisa.

5. Exchanges

  • Size/color exchanges allowed if stock available (no extra fee).
